چکیده

Introduction: Solid pseudopapillary neoplasm(SPN) of the pancreas are rare tumors that occurs in young women. SPN can metastasizes 5–15% all cases and common site is liver. The management metastatic unclear. We report a case Laparoscopic Parenchymal Sparing Multiple Metastatectomy Combined with Left Lateral Segmentectomy for long term Hepatic Recurrence from Resected Pseudopapillary tumor Pancreas. Case/methods: A 26-year-old lady underwent distal pancreatectomy splenectomy on 30/3/2015 solid pancreas. Patient was routine follow up PET CT done 14/10/2020 showed Bilobar Liver Metastasis Segments 2/3, 6, 7, 8. 22/10/2020. Intra operatively, metastasis noted at segment 6,7,8 sub capsular. Intraoperative USG deep seated 2 which left lateral done. Results: Postoperative period uneventful. Histopathology confirmed 4 adequate margins. She discharged post-operative day 2. Post 10 months surgery patient having disease-free survival. Conclusion: Long hepatic recurrence rare. Aggressive ensures disease free In our we were able to manage multiple liver using combination sparing metastatectomy achieve R0 resection this reinforces role laparoscopic even such tumors.
